Born on May 16th, Erick Fettingis is a seeker, a questioner, and an unapologetic unraveling of words. Yet, introducing oneself in mere sentences feels like trying to capture the ocean in a single droplet—how does one compress the chaos and wonder of a life into a neatly structured paragraph? The truth is, I'm not here to offer you a sanitized list of credentials or an overly curated biography. What you’ll find, instead, is an invitation to think, to question, to wonder alongside me.

Imagine meeting me. Would your impression be the same as the next person I encounter just hours later? Likely not. You see, every connection lives and breathes differently—taking shape in the subtle weight of a question, the warmth of a glance, the poetry of the unspoken. I believe the essence of who we are is revealed not in rehearsed lines but in the raw, unguarded moments we share with one another.

Life itself is an infinite riddle—woven from science, philosophy, and an endless web of questions. We trust in proof we barely understand, follow paths we seldom challenge, and live among inventions we admire but rarely ponder. Yet, what lies beneath those layers? What truths remain unspoken, waiting to be discovered? To me, there’s no greater mystery than the human soul and no greater thrill than peeling back its veils.

So, who am I? Honestly, you'd find more answers in my poetry than you ever will in this "About" section. In my writing, the fragments of my essence rise to the surface—sometimes raw, sometimes refined, but always true. The rhythm and cadence of each line are where curiosity blossoms, vulnerability finds its voice, and the eternal human search for meaning unfolds.

You won’t find me in a stale biography. You’ll find me in the spaces between the words, in the questions I ask, and the truths I seek. Dive into the verses, and perhaps, just perhaps, you’ll catch a glimpse of who I really am.
